Little Champions Ages 5-8Young athletes struggle with the big three. The big three consist of rhythm, balance, coordination or RBC. We have developed the fundamentals of athletic performance class specifically to meet the needs of athletes ages 5-8 through repetition encouragement and constructive correction.
This class is great for novice/ intermediate athletes who are looking to learn and excel in the art of sports performance. This is an accelerated class that requires athletes to be disciplined, focused, and ready to give their very best effort!
This class is designed for advanced/elite athletes who are prepared to better themselves physically and mentally. This dynamic class demands execution, effort, and a competitive desire to achieve maximum athletic performance.
Tuff Kids Ages 9-12This class is for novice/intermediate athletes who will learn the fundamentals of strength training from the ground up. The class consist of body weight training, functional movement readiness, mobility, power endurance, and core strength. This program is specifically designed for athletes who want to develop their overall athletic ability in its entirety.
This class is designed for novice/advanced lifters. At this level, we are able to differentiate the specific need for each individual in order to maximize and create game changing performance. This program allows the athlete to progress in their strength training development at his or her own pace.
